1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Meridian Capital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform. You must complete KYC verification before making deposits or investments.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
4. Investment Risk Disclosure
All investments carry risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may not get back the amount you originally invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not promise or calculate guaranteed returns. You should invest only what you can afford to lose and seek independent financial advice if needed.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed after verification. Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days. Mobile money deposits are usually processed within 1-4 business hours. All deposits require admin approval. Withdrawals are subject to review and may take 1-2 business days to process. Minimum withdrawal is $50 and maximum is $50,000 per transaction.
6. Fees
Platform fees are outlined in our pricing page. We do not charge hidden fees. Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance. Bank transfer fees may apply depending on your bank.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities and report to relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Meridian Capital or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Meridian Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you may withdraw remaining funds subject to verification.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
